Awarded Italian gastronomy

The Ristorante Azzurro Terra e Mare received the « Ospitalita Italiana » seal in July 2013. The « Ospitalità Italiana » seal is a certificate promoted by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Rome, which assesses the quality of gastronomic offers worldwide.

The « Ospitalità Ristoranti Italiani nel Mondo » certification is awarded to establishments that meet a strict set of criteria and can therefore be considered genuine Italian establishments. The aim is to protect the high quality of these awarded restaurants. The award is given to restaurants which guarantee the quality of Italian culinary culture through the exclusive use of original Italian products and recipes, which fully respect and bring to bear the culinary tradition of Italy and which also celebrate genuine Italian hospitality.
